Uploading and Sharing a Vertical, High-Resolution Video Link: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Record Your Video

Ensure Vertical Orientation: When recording your video, hold your recording device (like a smartphone or camera) in a vertical position. This ensures that your video will be in a portrait (vertical) format.
Highest Resolution Setting: Before recording, check your device settings and select the highest resolution possible. This could be 1080p, 4K, or higher, depending on your device’s capabilities.

Step 2: Choose Your Cloud Storage Service

Decide whether to use Google Drive, Dropbox, or Apple iCloud, based on your preference and account availability.

Step 3: Upload Your Video to the Cloud Service

Google Drive:
- Open Google Drive, sign in, click ‘+ New’, then ‘File Upload’.
- Select your high-resolution, vertical video file for upload.
Dropbox:
- Sign in to Dropbox, click ‘Upload files’, and choose your video.
Apple iCloud:
- Sign in at iCloud.com, open iCloud Drive, click ‘Upload’, and select your video.

Step 4: Set the Sharing Settings to Public

Adjust the sharing settings of your uploaded video to ‘Public’ or ‘Anyone with the link’.
Ensure the link allows unrestricted access to the video.

Step 5: Copy the Shareable Link

Copy the link provided by your chosen cloud service, ensuring it’s the shareable, public link.

Step 6: Share the Link Here

Paste the copied link into your message here. This should be the public link to the video.
